LEAD is proud to announce its third
annual leadership journey, LEAD Prayana.
What is LEAD Prayana? LEAD Prayana is an annual
leadership journey hosted by the LEaders Accelerating Development (LEAD) of the
Deshpande Foundation in Hubli. For
14 days, 100+ college students
from throughout the country will travel across Karnataka, going on exposure
visits and interacting with reputable role models along the way. As the LEAD Prayana tagline suggests,
students will become inspired in order to unleash their leadership potential by
exposing them to individuals and institutions that have innovated and
implemented solutions to major challenges. Through this leadership journey on wheels, the LEAD Program
aims to instill in youth the need to bring about change through effective
leadership.
